All custom pieces are handmade and may vary slightly from reference photos. A deposit may be required to begin your order.

2. Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the project. Estimated turnaround times are provided before work begins.

3. Payments

Payments are accepted through the methods listed on our website or discussed directly. Deposits are non‑refundable once work has started.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before work begins. Once materials are purchased or stitching has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
